Just a bit of feedback: I received a post-event email from TipTop / School Auctions that gave me instructions for closing up the event. When I clicked through the links I realized that I was receiving instructions and feedback for features that were not even included in my package.
I already knew that we didn’t have those features but my coworkers didn’t and the email created a bit of a confusion around our team. I would suggest having clearer language around what features are supported in different packages in your support emails or sending out a customized post-event email that only includes tips for features included in the specific package.
